Had it been raining or was it just the camera being weird? [There's little circles in the picture]

I love the way you captured this. The sun is so pretty and the clouds are simply amazing. Different than any I've seen in the longest time. I like how there's that pole down at the bottom. It looks so...outcasted, like it doesn't belong in the picture. It's very interesting.
